Serving approximately 550 Kindergarten through Sixth Grade students, Sahuaro is dedicated to educating every child to become a lifelong learner and a productive member of society. Guided by our mission, vision, and core values, we focus on ensuring academic growth, fostering strong relationships, and creating a safe, respectful environment where every student can thrive.
Our curriculum is fully aligned with state standards and enriched with art, music, and physical education for all grade levels, providing students with a well-rounded education that encourages exploration and personal growth. We are committed to collaboration among staff and families, using data-driven strategies and systematic interventions to support each learner. Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports are woven into daily school life, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment where respect, responsibility, and achievement are central. Every child will learn and show academic growth, as measured by the Arizona State Standards. Our school will involve families and staff in a systematic intervention process to ensure student success.
